  Beware the young, heavy manager at this store. I think Charlie is his name. He only wants to sell you something, but doesn't care about you if you're not making him money. I went in asking about service, and he told me I could try it out for 2 weeks, and if I cancelled there would be NO charges on my account (which doesn't seem to be the policy). I cancelled after a few days, and I was told everything was taken care of and no payment was needed. I ended up moving, and I didn't get the bill for $76 until after they had already sent it to collections. They claimed I was responsible for the (very small) usage incurred while I was trying it out. I never got a phone call or an email letting me know they were sending it to collections. Luckily, a few minutes on the phone with the collections agency and a T-Mobile representative got all the charges cancelled.
