Horrible customer service and the manager there Scott, awfull, mocks you and doesn't care that they totally messed up and are now making us pay for there mistakes!!!! Please if you're thinking of switching to sprint because it's cheaper, DON'T! It's not cheaper it'll cost you a lot more in the long run. We're turning this company into better business bureau. Stay safe and stay away.
