  If I could give a negative star I would! Very frustrated with this place the first few weeks I had my ring I was treated like I wasn’t a customer because my husband bought the ring in his name so I had no ties to the place. Then every time I have taken my ring in to be cleaned they say it will only be gone for a week being cleaned and it is usually much much longer then that. And every sales person in there tells me a different price for things. As well as they compare someone else’s story to mine saying that what I have to pay is less then what this customer just payed to get there ring repaired and I DONT care about what that customer had to pay this is my ring and my situation I don’t want to hear about someone else when I am trying to get my issue fixed with my ring! Worst customer service ever!!! Don’t get your jewelry from them! I would have payed more money for a smaller ring with better customer service else where!!
