The tear out from our old floors had laminate and two layers of sub floor, but they were awesome about taking their time and making sure that everything was done correctly the first time. Our floors turned out beautiful! I love that they get darker everyday and they have transformed the look of our small kitchen and family room to make it look bigger and better!
