  Randy (store manager) and Tyler helped me today at the Layton store. I needed to trade to a softer mattress, and they made me feel like royalty! Randy’s knowledge of the industry is significant, and he had in-depth answers to every question I had! He was friendly, caring, and very professional. So was Tyler. The Mattress Firm philosophy of how to treat a customer, with their 120 day trial period and extended warranty, is better than anything I have seen before! They simply won’t be satisfied until you are happy! They helped me into a wonderful Beauty Rest that is perfect for me! Top-notch professionalism, high quality products, incredible service and warranties! Wonderful experience! I’ll never buy a mattress elsewhere!
