  Employees are terrible to work with. I bought an engagement ring, it didn't work out the girl, so I went to exchange it. I had passed the 30 days so I couldn't get my money back but I could still exchange it because I was within the 90 days. They gave me a huge run around when this kind of thing should've been easy. I tried 1-2 times every week to exchange it until it hit past 90 days which at that point they told me I couldn't exchange... do not shop with these horrible people. TJ was the main one I worked with during this headache.
