  I spent over hundred dollars this week at the Layton store. I had to return a day later because the sales clerk forgot to ring up my coupon. One clerk on my return visit was especially icy toward me and said I need to provide my coupon at the time of purchase. To which I replied, I did. The most frustrating part is that the computer system doesn't show you the purchase items and the total amount rung up. I had to ask the clerk what my total was. My closet is full of CB clothing. I am a valued customer. I think someone was having a bad day on my return visit. I have never been treated so rude at CB. It just made me very sad! But I love what I bought.
